The primary purpose of this course is to provide delegates with a thorough understanding of the Part M regulations. This includes the role of Part M and its subparts in the context of the DCA Malaysia regulatory framework.
This course introduces the concept of Part M, and the associated responsibilities of the owner/operator, Part M and Part 145 organisation. It also explains the interfaces with Part 66/147 regulations.
The Training focuses on the Operators specific responsibilities, in particular the role of Contract and Subcontract arrangements. The training will discuss common Part M elements including – Back to Birth Records, Maintenance Program Considerations, Modification Status, LLP and the Airworthiness Review process.
Special attention will be given to Part M Subpart G – CAMO and Part M Subpart I – Airworthiness Review
A unique element of this course is the Implementation Workshop, where practical approaches are discussed on the set-up and implementation of the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organsiation.
